Wayne E. Stout, 63 Singing praises to the Lord Rockford- Wayne E. Stout, 63, died Sunday, May 3, 2009 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center at 3:40 a.m. Born December 11, 1945 in Greenwood, WI, son of Earl Alongo and Edith Alvera (Johnson) Stout. Graduate of Augusta High School Class of 1963. Worked for Union Hall for 7 years and Hamilton Sundstrand Corp for 30 years from which he retired. Wayne and his family enjoyed singing for his church choir at Concordia Lutheran Church and later he sang in the St. Bernadette Catholic Church Choir and Christ United Methodist Church Choir. He is survived by his best friend Karl Gustafson, Wes Baranski and a host of additional friends. He was preceded by his parents and his sister. Funeral mass Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Church 2300 Bell Ave. Visitation from 10 - 10:45 a.m. in the Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers memorials to his friends for a fund to be established at a later date. Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
