Walter A. Toleski, 93

Walter Anthony Toleski, 93, a resident of P.A. Peterson passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2010, following a lengthy illness. Born in Rockford on November 25, 1916, the son of John and Ladislava Toleski. Walter was a WWII Navy Veteran and service abroad the Clearwater Victory in the Pacific theater. He was employed for 35 yearsnbsp; by Gunitenbsp; Foundries. Walter was an avid fisherman and gardener. Walter is survived by his son, Garey (Dottie) Toleski of Sanford, NC; daughter, Corrine (Russell) Ramsey of Frankston, TX; step sons, Robert (Dixie) McLaughlin and Dennis McLaughlin; special friend and care taker, Edna McLauglin; five grandchildren; 8 step grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren;nbsp; nieces, Audrey Anderson, Carol Roberts and a nephew Robert Rosander. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Maude, sisters, Genevieve Peterson and Sophie Rosander.nbsp;nbsp;

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 2 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Riverside Chapel.nbsp; Burial in Willwood Burial Park.
