Virginia J. Henricks, 93, of Rockford, died on October 8, 2007 in her daughters home. Virginia was born on September 22, 1914 in Wenona, IL the daughter of Ricardo Campobello and Virginia (Fiorentino). Virginia married Francis B. Henricks at St. Peter Catholic Church in Rockford on July 10, 1937. This year celebrates their 70th wedding anniversary. Virginia had worked at Nelson Knitting where she met Francis and had also worked at D.J. Stewart and retired from Wiese Company. Virginia was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Virginia is survived by her husband, Francis; her children, John (Kathy) Henricks, Richard (Susan) Henricks, Bob (Gisela) Henricks and Ginger (Ross) Wehling; nine granddaughters, Kristine Le Vasseur, Rhonda Kovanda, Penny Cacciatore, Meaghan Henricks, Genevieve Henricks, Natalie Henricks, Rene Henricks, Steffania Garcia and Kelly Wehling; grandson, John Henricks, Jr.; seven great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Swanberg, Lola and Hannah Kovanda, Stella and Louis Cacciatore, Elijah Henricks Smith and Sofia Garcia; two brothers, Richard (Phyllis) Campobello and James Campobello; sister, Marian Howell; sister-in-law, Josephine Campobello; brother-in-law, Bob Clothier and many nieces and nephews. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, her two brothers, Peter and Sam Campobello; her four sisters, Rose Hobart, Josephine Rowley, Frances Johnson and Geraldine Clothier and her great-grandson Jayden Smith. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2007 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2330 Bell Ave., Rockford. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in the parish hall.
