Vincent J. Albertini

Vincent J. "Vince" Albertini, Sr. Vincent J. "Vince" Albertini, Sr., 57, of Rockford, died at 8:40 am, Thursday, April 12, 2007. Born January 1, 1950, in San Diego, CA, the son of Eugene and Lucy (Sansone) Albertini. He married Shari Delhotal in Rockford on January 22, 1977. He previously worked for J.R. Rubin Company and was part owner of Area Mechanical. Most recently was self employed in Telecommunications. Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and Local No.23 Plumbers and Pipefitters. Vince had a tremendously large heart for everyone and put others before himself. He always wanted to pass his knowledge onto everyone. Vincent is survived by his wife, Shari Albertini; sons, Vincent J., Jr.(Sharon) and Michael Albertini; daughters, Jeanette and Colleen Albertini; granddaughter, Veronica Albertini; brother, John (Renee) Albertini; mother, Lucy (Sansone) Albertini; father-in-law, Harold Delhotal. Predeceased by his father, Eugene Albertini; brother, Robert Albertini; sister, Jeanette Albertini; mother-in-law, Marie (Rocho) Delhotal Funeral Mass at 11:00 am, Monday, April 16, 2007, in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4401 Highcrest Rd. Visitation on Sunday, April 15, 2007 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., with a rosary being recited at 6:45 pm., and from 10:00 to 10:45 am., prior to Mass in the church. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 850 N.
