Vilayphone Sibounheuang

Vilayphone Sibounheuang, 73, of Rockford, passed away on December 3, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on July 16, 1949, in Laos, the daughter of Kouay and Ba. She married Khamsay Sibounheuang, and he preceded her in death on June 17, 2022. She was a member of the Laos Evengelical Free Church. She enjoyed gardening, taking care of the home and raising chickens. She was a fun, loving and joyful, and she had a good heart. She will be missed dearly by her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Joy (Khammay) Thammavongsa; adopted son, Sisomphone Sibounheuang; and grandchildren, Ruth, Joshua, and Paul. She is predeceased by her husband Khamsay.
