Traci Lynn Pavez

Traci Lynn Pavez, 45, Rockford, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2014, in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. She was born October 3, 1968, in Belvidere, the daughter of James and Karen (Livingston) Court. Traci married Luis F. Pavez in Maui, Hawaii on July 3, 1999. She was a member of Rockford First.
Survived by her husband, Luis; her son Luis Phoenix Pavez; her step-daughters, Sunshine (Quinn) Peterson and Ivette Marie Pavez; her grandchildren, Benjamin Gunter and Penelope Luna Peterson; her mother, Karen Court of Belvidere; her brothers, Donald (Deb) Court of Cherry Valley and Jeff (Kasee) Kozel of MN; her sister, Rebecca Court of Belvidere; her nephew, Sage Court and her nieces, Rhyanna Court and Crehan James. Predeceased by her father, James.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford. Private family burial will be in Belvidere City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
