Thomas Patrick Noble, 63, of Battle Creek, Michigan, formerly of Rockford IL, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020. He was born on June 29, 1956, the son of Michael Lawrence Noble and Dorothy Rose (Ferraro) Noble. Tom worked at Ingersoll Cutting Tools for over 30 years.
Tom is survived by his mother, Dorothy; two sons, Christopher (Samantha) Noble, Michael (Sara) Noble; brother, Terry Noble; two sisters, Mary Kay Spataro and Julie Rowe. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Lawrence Noble.
He was active in Lakeview School boosters for several years while his sons were in school and even after they had graduated. As a kid, he served as an altar boy, played guitar, and tennis. Tom was an avid gardener. Most of all he was the most kind, caring, and giving person that his sons ever knew. He was always willing to help someone in any way possible to make their day, week or month better.
Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020 at St. Bridget Catholic Church with Father Sean Grismer officiating. Inurnment in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 3910 N. Rockton Avenue, Rockford, IL 61103.
