Star M. Bouma

Star M. Bouma, 40, of Rockford, passed away suddenly on December 29, 2021 in her home. Born December 13, 1981 in Rockford, the daughter of Brian and Dawn (Wilson) Bouma. She graduated from Auburn High School, class of 2000. She work as a Certified Nursing Assistant for local nursing homes in the area. Most recently, Symphony of Maple Crest in Belvidere. Star was an avid Chicago Bears fan. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, most of all she loved spending with her amazing daughter Bryanna.
She is survived by her daughter, Bryanna; parents Brian and Dawn, and numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Predeceased by maternal grandparents, Mortimer &Doris Wilson and paternal grandparents James & Geraldine Bouma.
Service will be 12 pm Friday, January 7, 2022 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave., Rockford, IL 61103. Visitation from 11 am until time of service.
