Sondra A. DeLaney, 65, Rockford, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, in her home.nbsp; She was born February 22, 1947, in Arkansas, the daughter of Perry and Katie Hamilton.nbsp; Sondra worked as a CNA in the Rockford area.nbsp; She enjoyed reading and cooking.nbsp; She was famous for her delicious peach cobbler.nbsp; Sondra especially loved spending time with her grandson, Tucker.

Survived by her children, Geli Budnik, Paige Valentino, Eric Foster, and Brent (Brandy) DeLaney; numerous grandchildren; sister, Tonya (Jon) Walton; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.nbsp; Predeceased by her husband, Jerry DeLaney; son, Dare Foster; sister, Rowena Boyette; and brother, Tim Hamilton.
