Siamphone Singmouangthong

Siamphone Singmouangthong, 60, Rockford, died Sunday, May 22, 2016, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Laos on February 2, 1956, the daughter of Souvanh and Khoune Luangphakdy. Siamphone married Vanh Singmouangthong in Pakse, Laos in 1975. She was employed as an inspector at Spider Company for 8 years.
Survived by her husband, Vanh, her sons, Sisomphou (Laura Sunderhaus) Singmouangthong, Soukpraseuth Singmouangthong, and Peter (Kim) Singmouangthong; her grandchildren, Brandon and Ean Singmouangthong and Jasmina, Ethan, and Emma Singmouangthong; her sisters, Sounthaly Luangphakdy, Sisakhone Mounsamruath, and Manevone Bounphisai, her brothers, Souraphong and Souravong Luangphakdy; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents.
Funeral services will be from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford. Visitation from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, May 27, 2016, at the funeral home. Share online condolences at www.fitzgeraldfh.com.
