Sheila Dewitt Yunek

Sheila DeWitt Yunek died in her home on May 13, 2008. She passed away peacefully in her sleep. Born to Clarence (Roy) DeWitt and Jacqueline Lantz on October 2, 1955 in Rockford. Sheila will be missed terribly by all she left behind.  Survivors include longtime companion Ivan Chamberlain; her 2 daughters, Sanya (Robert) Del Rio and Tanya (Steve) Noble; precious grandbabies, Dillion and Jony Del Rio, Lillian, Stephen and Demetri Noble; her parents; brothers Mark, Steve (Rox) and Bryan DeWitt; sister, Rena (Erik) Lindstrom; nieces and nephews, Sarah, Melissa DeWitt, Michael Zasada, Stevie, Rose, Rebecca DeWitt, Brandon Lund and Nicky, Nina and Stephanie Mallaro. Sheila was a caring, loving and devoted person and always gave what she could and more. She will be always in our hearts and is now in Heaven with her brother Bruce DeWitt and grandparents. God shine your light on her!   Memorial service Monday, May 19, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Visitation from 9-10:45 a.m. in the funeral home.
