Shane Alan Keister, 42, of Rockford, IL passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022. Born June 23, 1980, in Rockford, IL the son of Carol J. (Rehberg) Keister. Shane is survived by daughters, Delia and Makenzie; mother, Rachelle Dover; brother Shawn (Paula); sister, Dawn (Troy). Also survived by girlfriend Dana Musso and children Kayleigh, Bentley, and Gianna. Loved by nephews Tyler (Blythe), Jordan, and Jaden; nieces, Jada (Taylor), Darianna (Dustin), Kayla ( Eric ), and Chloe, and many extended family members and friends. Shane was a loving father devoted to his children. He was employed as a Titan Technician at lpsen. Previously employed at Wal-Mart and Bones Tire Service. Shane was well known for all his cars, especially watching his friend Brandon Mesch in demolition derbies, and more recently he loved his lawn. His absolute passion was his Harley Davidson and his long motorcycle rides. His love language was food, food, and food! Shane’s favorite days were pool days out at the Cooper’s with wings from Mr. C’s. He also loved music and watching comedies. Mr. Incredibles laugh was contagious and filled the room. Predeceased by grandfather Lloyd Rehberg, grandmother Marion Rehberg, Aunt Hollace Cooper, and Uncle Ronald Rehberg.
