Sean P. O'Hara

Sean Patrick O’Hara, 26, of Rockford passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 in his home. He was born on December 28, 1988 in Elk Grove Village, IL; son of Thomas O’Hara and Donna O’Hara. He was a graduate of Ombudsman High School, Class of 2007. He was currently employed by Fiat Chrysler Automotive Company as a forklift driver. Sean was a fun loving and caring man who enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, feline companions and his dear love, Ashley. He had many hobbies including skydiving, bonfires, milk chug contests, video games, target shooting, weight lifting, running, lumberjacking, cooking, building log cabins and was a self-taught math magician.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas Patrick O’Hara and Donna Lynn O’Hara; siblings, Stephanie Marie Sippel, Matthew Thomas O’Hara, Ryan Charles O’Hara, Connor Joseph O’Hara and Emily Shannon O’Hara; dear love, Ashley Joleen Brown and his furry babies, Kitler, Chloe and Taz.
Funeral service Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Visitation Friday, October 2, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home and continues on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be held in Arlington Memorial Park.
