Ronald Bonacquisti, 64, of Rockford, passed away in his home on Tuesday, January 10, 2017. He was born on September 18, 1952, in Rockford. For many years he worked at New York Life, and John Hancock Financial as a top selling insurance agent. Ron always had a smile on his face, loved his family, and cared for his pets dearly. He also loved Star Trek and could tell you what happens in every episode from memory.

He is survived by his partner, Marvin Cagle; his children, Seth Bonacquisti, Bryan Burnside, Jeremy Bonacquisti, Sarah Bonacquisti, and Rachel Bonacquisti; his brothers, Frank Bonacquisti, and Glenn Keltner; his sisters, Violet Feliciano, and Marcia Smith. Predeceased by his parents and brother Michael.
