Rita M. Mosley

Rita M. Mosley 68 of Pecatonica passed away Friday January 24, 2014 at Rockford Memorial Hospital. She was born December 28, 1945 in Omaha, IL. The daughter of James and Berneice Mills. Rita worked for the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, DCEO. After 32 years, Rita retired in 2010. Rita was Chairman of the American Red Cross, Northern Illinois Chapter and President of the ASSE American Society of Safety Engineers. During her life and career, Rita made made a positive impact on friends and relatives too numerous to mention here. Rita will be remembered for many years to come.
Survivors include her husband Jerry of Pecatonica IL. Son, Michael Mosley of Loves Park. Three grandchildren, Morgan A.Mosley, Cameron M. Mosley and Reese N. Mosley. Rita had eight siblings, and six of Rita's siblings survive today.
