Phyllis Richardson Ferrall, 90, of Machesney Park died Tue. May 1, 2012 at Rosewood Care Center. Born July 18, 1921 the daughter of Clifford and Mae Van Buskirk. Married Leroy Ferrall and had two children, Clifford Raymond Butch and Donna Mae. Retired from Woodward Governor after 38 years of faithful service in the clerical department. After Leroys passing she met Lloyd Richardson on a nice Sunday at a music gathering where she offered him half of her seat, as the place was packed. Thereafter followed lots of country bluegrass music and traveling far and wide in their Studebakers. People from all over would know Phyllis and Lloyd when they arrived in their Studebaker; everyone knew she loved it so much. Survivors include her husband Lloyd Richardson; daughter, Donna M. Abramovich, 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; 4 great greatgrandchildren and her sister, Gerry Marma and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, her son, a grandson, 5 brothers and 4 sisters. She was a wonderful, kind and caring person and in the words of Lloyd, my little sparrow will fly no more.
