Phoumy Phothiboupha, 75, of Rockford passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Amberwood Nursing Home.nbsp; Loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and faithful servant.nbsp; Born March 26, 1937 in Laosnbsp; Worked as a Lieutenant police officer in Laos.nbsp; In 1975, he was recognized by the US government of his excellent work.nbsp; In 1988, he moved to the United States.nbsp; He worked for Myco Inc.

Survived by his wife, Keo; children, Salithphone, Noudnoi, Kor (Bill), Koraphonh, Vilaphonh, Noudthara, Phothiboupha, Jook Bundavong and Nanoy Bundavong; 23 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren; brothers, Somdee, Houmpheang and Seangthong; sisters, Peangsy, Symong and Nalee.

Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd.nbsp; Visitation will be 1:00 until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.nbsp;
