Phone Malavong, 61, Rockford, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022. She will be greatly missed for her immense care for others and her skillful abilities to make the most impeccable culinary dishes. She loved doting on her granddaughter and she loved spending time with her best friend cooking, laughing, gossiping, mushroom hunting, and shopping. Survived by her daughters, Kongdy (Daniel) Ramirez and Toby Malavong; her granddaughters, Marky Joy Lovan, Jordan Malavong, and Emily Malavong.
