Peter B. Nolte

Peter B. " Pete" Nolte, 63, of Rockford, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 in Rockford Memorial Hospital surrounded by loved ones. He was born in New York on August 8, 1949, the son of Theodore and Elizabeth (Davies) Nolte. Peter graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law and practiced law in Rockford for over 30 years. He was an avid reader, volunteer at Nashold Elementary School and a devoted father and grandfather.

Survived by his former wife, Peggy; his duaghters, Sara Nolte of Oak Park, IL and Laura (Brian) Diveley of Poplar Grove, IL; grandchildren Kaden and Clara Diveley; brothers, T.Philip (Sue) Nolte of Itasca, IL and Paul (Kym) of Virginia Beach, VA; and nieces Morgan and Taylor. Predeceased by his parents.
