Paula Jean Mcgill

Paula Jean McGill, 62, passed away on June 18, 2023. Born in Rochelle, Illinois, on November 15, 1960, daughter to James and Doris (Satterfield) Duncan. She graduated from First Baptist Christian School, class of 1979, then graduated from Kishwaukee Community College with an associate degree. She went on to work at Caron International for many years. Paula was a very passionate, strong-willed, caring person who could always find a deal when shopping. She was determined to be there for her family always and had a special place in her heart for her grandbabies. She enjoyed spending time with them baking her secret recipes, making crafts, doing puzzles or being with them on vacation.

She will be missed by those who loved her most, her son Mike (Sara) McGill; grandbabies Madison and Paiton McGill; her siblings Cheryl (Doug) Kuemmel, David Duncan, Tammy Schaper, Deana (Rick) Rhoads and Elizabeth (Greg) Petersen; numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation rites have been accorded to Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, Illinois 61108.
