Patsy Ann Stephens, 73, of Rockford, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010 after a long illness. Born Oct. 4, 1936, in Brazil, Miss., daughter of Jess and Leona (Booth) Luttrell. Patsy was one of the first women in Rockford to drive a school bus, beginning her careernbsp; with P amp; B Bus Line and continued her career driving for Septran. Patsy retired from driving after 30 years of faithful service. Patsy was a special lady who loved life and spending time with her family and Chihuahua, Mickey. Survivors include her children: Tim (Charlotte) Hearring of Clinton, AR., Susan Trosper of Davis Junction, Cammie (Lou) Zandonai of Rockford and Tambla Hearring of Rockford; grandchildren, Brian, Brandon and Breeona Trosper, Corey Zandonai and Dustin Hearring; great grandchildren, Julie and Jordan Trosper and Wyatt and Bernice Zandonai; brothers, Connie and Eddie (Shirley) Luttrell both of Knobel, AR; sister, Mary Sircloumb of Machesney Park and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her first husband, Edward D. Hearring, her second husband, Jess Stephens; son, Chanclee Dee; son-in-law, Corky Trosper; brothers, Coleman, Bob and Max; sisters, Imogene and Bernice; brother-in-law, Wilburn Sircloumb; special friend, Vi Schnur; loving neighbors, Lucille Smith and her daughter, Stephanie and her boys from church, Steve Templeton, Ken Maupin, Mike Cousins and Jim Lee.
Funeral Service Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave. with Steve Templeton of North Park Church ofnbsp; Christ officiating.
