Patricia M. Hogan

Patricia M. Hogan, 75, of Rockford died Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Presence Saint Anne Nursing Home. Born September 1, 1942, the daughter of John and Hazel (Rigeman) Hogan. Was an active resident at Valley View Apartments where she enjoyed helping others, serving lunch and participating in the exercise group. Patricia was also a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jan and Jim Tures and family for all that they have done. Survivors include her sisters, Mary (Jim) Horn and Rita Hogan both of Rockford and her K9 pal, Fiona and several cousins.
Funeral Mass Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rita Catholic Church, 6254 Valley Knoll Dr., Rockford with visitation from 9:30 until time of prayer at 10:45 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials in her name to: St. Rita Catholic Church or Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary. Fitzgerald Funeral Home is assisting the family.
