Patricia Louise Gibbs

Patricia Louise Gibbs, 74, Rockford, beloved sister, died at 4:10 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born August 28, 1939 in Rockford, daughter of Joseph and Gwendolyn (Olson) Jocson. Graduated from West High School and was employed at Illinois Bell Telephone Co. for 23 years. She loved being close with her sisters and brother, had a caring concern for homeless cats and dogs and enjoyed cooking, sports and traveling.

Survivors are her sisters, Dorothy Neal and Virginia Fredrickson; nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Victor Lucido and sister-in-law,Sandra Jocson. Predeceased by her parents, brothers, Gerald and Edward Jocson; sisters, JoAnn C. (Jocson) Lucido, Marilyn Jocson and niece, Julie Ann Lucido. The family would like to give a special thanks to their close friends, Joy and Debbie Jurs for the special care they extended to Pat.
