Patricia Ann Beck

Patricia Ann Beck, 88, Loves Park, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center with her family at her side. She was born January 24, 1933, in Alton, IL, the daughter of Byrne and Zeno (Craney) McGovern. She married Eugene W. Beck on February 2, 1952. He passed away on January 10, 2002. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Pat was a world class Mom, an avid reader and loved to travel the country with Gene.
Survived by her children, Sandra (Mark) Fitzwater of Burkesville, KY, Thomas (Julie) Beck and Steven (Cindy) Beck all of Rockford, and her daughter-in-law, Lisa Beck of Rockford; her grandchildren, Katharine Lauren Avery, Collin (fiancé, Courtney Bestler) Beck, Kiley (Quinn) Martensen, Rachel, Haley, and Ethan Beck; her great-grandchildren, Trey and Conan; and her close friends, Jerry and Barb Nelson. Predeceased by her husband, Eugene and her son, David.
Private family Mass will be held followed by burial at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church, 4401 Highcrest Rd. Rockford, IL 61107.
