Pat S Bozym

Pat S. Bozym, 65 of Rockford, died October 21, 2013 at Neighbors Nursing Home in Byron. Born December 22, 1947 in Rockford, the son of Zigymond and Evelyn (Cramer) Bozym. Survivors include his son, Patrick "P.J." (Jane) Bozym; granddaughter, Evelyn Paige Bozym; his future grandson due in December; brothers, Michael (Marian), Matthew (Judy) and Joseph; sisters, Mary (John) Lynde and Kate Craig; numerous nieces and nephews and special friend of the family, Tereasa. Preceded in death by his parents Evelyn and Ziggy and infant sister, Ann Marie Bozym. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Neighbors Nursing Home in Byron and Hospice Care of America.
Funeral Mass Friday, October 25, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2400 Bell Ave. Interment will be held in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, October 24 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Riverside chapel from 5-7 p.m. with a rosary service to be recited at 7 p.m. Visitation continues on Friday at church in the parish hall from 10 a.m. until time of prayer at 10:45 a.m.
