Pam K. Bohn

Pamela “Pam” K. Bohn, 65, Rockford passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 11, 1958, in Rockford, the daughter of Frank and Vita (Pulizzi) Gardona. Pam was a graduate of Rockford East High School, class of 1976. She married Joe Bohn in Rockford on August 31, 1991. Pam was employed at Rockford Life, Swedish American Hospital, and most recently P.A. Peterson. She is a member of St. James Catholic Church. Pam loved to cook and enjoyed watching cooking shows on HGTV. She and Joe spent many years camping together. 

Survived by her loving husband, Joe; her siblings, Anthony “Nino” Gardona, Marylou (Mike) Moore and Lynn Kuczynski; her father-in-law, Edward Bohn; her sister in-law, Crystal Wells; and brothers-in-law, Steve (Debbie) Bohn, George (Kim) Bohn, Richard Bohn and Daniel (Deline) Bohn; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and her mother-in-law, Rose Bohn.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, May 4, 2024, at St. James Catholic Church, 428 N. 2^nd St. Rockford, with Reverend Jhonatan Sarmiento officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. until the time of service on Saturday at the church. Arrangements by Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Av.
