Nicholas "Nick" S. Jaworowski

Nicholas “Nick” S. Jaworowski, 28, of Rockford, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 24, 2021. Nick was born December 9, 1992, the son of Jeff Jaworowski and Lori Kaufman. Nick graduated from Auburn High School, class of 2011. Nick enjoyed skateboarding, video games, he was an animal lover, especially for cats, and Nick enjoyed riding his bike as a kid. Nick was very outgoing, funny and kind hearted. Nick was extremely close with all of his siblings.
Nick is survived by his parents, Jeff (Nicole) Jaworowski and Lori Jaworowski; siblings, Aaron, Lauren, Terrance, Destiny, Latrice, Jessica, and MaeLee; Uncles, David and Chris Jaworowski; special friends, Kasi Faith and Mike Proctor; and many cousins. Nick is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Richard and Sandy Jaworowski and maternal grandparents, Alfred and Susan Kaufman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 12:00 pm, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 3910 North Rockton Avenue, Rockford, IL 61103. A public visitation will be held from 10:30 am, until time of service. Final resting place will be in Scandinavian Cemetery.
