N. Dale Posey

N. Dale Posey III, 39, of Rockford passed away suddenly on Friday, February 6, 2015 at OSF St. Anthony Hospital from a heart attack. Born on October 24, 1975 to Owen and Karen (Posey) Howard. Dale enjoyed his job at Haas Towing where he was a tow truck driver. He also loved to go fishing and spending quality time with his kids and grandkids. Survived by his parents, Owen and Karen Howard; his wife, Misty Lynn; his children, Jessica (Adam), Jaime (Austin), Aubrey (José), Marisela (Mari) and Zackery David; Grandchildren, Tonieo Joe, Madison (Loca), and Estrella (Star); Sisters, Alicia Howard (James), Tiffany Howard, and Trina Howard (Dan); Grandparents, Omega Howard and Old Grandma Barb; Sister-n-laws, Tammy (Juan), Heather (Pedro), and Amber Nicole; Brother-n-law, Roger Allen (Sylvia) and numerous family and friends. Dale’s family would like to give a special thanks to BMO and Haas Towing. Dale, better known as “Mr. Awesome” will truly be missed by his family and friends for being the hardest working man that they knew.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford chapel 1860 S. Mulford Rd. and again on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 1:30 pm. Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 at 2:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Cedar Bluff cemetery, 1200 Rural
