Mya Bella Buchanan-Johnson

Mya Bella Buchanan-Johnson, 3 weeks old, died at 1:33 a.m. Sunday, December 6, 2009 in Rockford Memorial Hospital.  Born November 18, 2009 in Rockford, daughter of Michelle L. Buchanan and Bryan P. Johnson.  Her time here was very short, but she was cherished and will never be forgotten. Survivors include her parents, Michelle and Bryan; brother, Reid Buchanan; sister, Lani Bunkers; maternal grandmother, Carol Buchanan; paternal grandparents, John and Shirley Johnson; uncles, Mike (Becky) Buchanan and David (Amy) Johnson; aunt, Kim Johnson; maternal great-grandfather, Robert Ainsworth and numerous cousins.  Predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Michael Buchanan. A celebration of Myas life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 11, 2009 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with Rev.
