Mary M. Koroll, 69, Machesney Park, died Tuesday, November 27, 2012 in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born December 22, 1942 in Rockford, daughter of Edmund and Mary LaFleur Pearce. Graduated from Muldoon High School in 1961 and was a graduate of Rockford College. She was an elementary school teacher at St. Bridget School for 27 years where she was highly praised and admired by both parents and students. A member of St. Bridget Church, she was a devout Catholic with a deep faith. She enjoyed reading, especially the newspapers and Time Magazine, as well as watching her favorite television shows and drinking cocacola. Her family was always her priority and she loved spending time with her children, siblings and nieces and nephews.Survivors include her daughter, Kristy Koroll, Machesney Park and son, Kenny Koroll, Naperville; brothers, Richard (Joanie) Pearce, Paul (Becky) Pearce and Thomas Pearce; nieces and nephews, Ricky Pearce, Tom Pearce,Jerry Pearce, Arthur Pearce, Alicia Pearce and Anna Pearce. Predeceased by her parents and sister, Catherine Pearce.Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 3, 2012 in St. Bridget Church with Rev. John Evans officiating. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation from 68 p.m. Sunday in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N.
