Mary Jean L. Knight

Mary Jean Louise Knight, 77, of Machesney Park passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017 after a short illness. Born November 4, 1939, in Madison, Wisconsin, the daughter of Roy L. and Mildred L. (Baker) Jorgensen. Mary Jean married George A. Knight on December 31, 1958 in Oregon, Wisconsin. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survived by her daughters, Debbie Huckabee, Bonnie (Fred) Cook and Janice (Craig) Fish; grandchildren, Scott, Tim, Michelle (Austin), Allen, Jeremy and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Brianna, MaKenna, Asher and Jaxson; siblings, Donna Swensen, Bob (Sharon) Jorgensen and Ronnie (Yvonne) Jorgensen and sister-in-law, Betty Wescott. Predeceased by her parents, husband, George, brothers-in-law, Bill Knight and Chuck Wescott.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 North Rockton Ave. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
