Mary F. Lieber

Mary F. Nolley Lieber, 71 of Belvidere, died Monday, December 31, 2007 at Northwoods Nursing Center. Born March 1, 1936 in Morristown, TN the daughter of Crockett and Nellie (Golden) Stepp. Married her loving husband Walter Lieber on April 18, 1998 in Rockton. Retired from Rockford Power Train in 2003. Mary took pride in doing her job correctly and made many friends through her many years of industrial employment. She enjoyed being outside doing yard work. Survivors include her husband Walter of Belvidere; son, Ted of Belvidere; daughters; Linda (Bill) Bader of Machesney Park, Brenda Vanderheyden of Rockford, Sandra Smith of Rockford, Jacqueline (Tony) La Grene of Rockton, Rachel Lieber of Loves Park and Patricia Lieber of Piedmont, MO; daughter-in-law, Dawn Tryggestad of Cherry Valley; 20 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and brother, Bob (Marlene) Stepp of AZ. Preceded in death by her parents, son, John Chabucos in 2006, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.nbsp; The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of the nurses and staff at Northwoods Nursing Center for all of their wonderful care and compassion. Funeral services Friday, January 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford chapel 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Interment in Belvidere Cemetery.
