Mary E. Musso

Mary E. Musso, 93, of Mount Morris, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Pinecrest Manor. Born July 21, 1920, in Mount Morris, the daughter of Lee and Ohma Epperson. She married Joe Musso in Belvidere on Christmas Eve in 1936; he preceded her in death on January 10, 1992. Mary was a member of the Northwest Fire Auxiliary Club for 18 years. She loved camping with her family and friends. The Musso Family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Pinecrest Manor for their kindness and care for Mary during her time there.

She is lovingly survived by her sons, Vincent (Myrna) Musso of Mount Morris, Martin (Mary) Musso of Rockton, Joseph (Sue) Musso of Pecatonica, Thomas (Cindy) Musso of Rockford and Michael (Coco) Musso of Stillman Valley; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Dolores Barr of Rockford, Dave Epperson of Rockford and Sandra Kopp of Roscoe. Also predeceased by her parents, sisters, Helen Snivley and Lois Vietch and brother, Lloyd Epperson.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 North Rockton Avenue. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
