Mary C. Zandonatti

Mary C. Zandonatti, 95, Rockford, passed away December 20, 2017 after a short illness. Born January 9, 1922 in Rockford, the daughter of Orlando Amalia (Ludovici) Decastris. Married Richard A Zandonatti on August 24, 1947. She worked in her early years at her beloved Woods Drug Store, but for many years she was self-employed as a full time Mom. Member of St Anthony Catholic Church

Survivors include sons, David (Christina) Bend Oregon, Steve (Diane) and Gary (Deb) Zandonatti Rockford IL; daughters, Sr. Bernadette Marie (Linda) of Manitowoc, WI and Patty Jeff (Thompson) Zandonatti of Rockford, IL; Numerous Grandchildren and Great grandchildren
Proceeded by her Mother and Father, Husband Richard, Son Ronald Brother Val Decastris and Grandson Jeremy. Special thanks to Northern Illinois Hospice for their care, Ann Jones caring and cleaning for several years and Deb Zandonatti for final care. Mary’s smile and her loving care will be missed by all who knew her.

Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at St. Anthony of Padua, 1010 Ferguson St, Rockford, IL. Visitation 9:30 a.m. until time of mass. Burial at Calvary Cemetery.
