Mary Ann Egler

Mary Ann Egler, 73, Rockford, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. She was born October 30, 1948, in Rockford, the daughter of Lewis and Marjorie (Schultz) Dickson. She worked at Amcore Bank for 23 years and at Kohl’s for several years. Mary Ann enjoyed photography, gardening and being with her pets. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Survived by her sons, Donnie, Justin (Laura), and Brian (Annie), all of Rockford; her grandchildren, Grant, Reagan, and Quinn; her brothers, Dan Dickson and Ken (friend, Julie Werth); and several nieces and nephews; and her longtime friend, Linda Petry Predeceased by her parents, her daughter, Becky, her brother, David Dickson, and her former husband, Don “Mike” Egler.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with Reverend Chad McKenna officiating.
