Marvin Arthur Schultz, 86, of Rockford passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020. He was born on February 11, 1934, in Tomah, WI, the son of George Arthur and Amelia (Wagner) Schultz.
He was a life-long Lutheran, most recently attending Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. Marvin worked 43 years at Morgan Linen Services, retiring as the Sales Manager. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, motorcycled, cars and fixing anything that needed to be fixed. On October 14, 1989, Marvin married his soul mate, Marjorie Smyth and they were known as M & M’s by those that loved them. He then became a cat lover and they enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels in their yard. Marvin lovingly survived by his wife, Marjorie; children, Roger (Marlene) Schultz, Randy Schultz, Sandra Watts, Sharon (Rich) Schoenrock, Garry (Cindy) Bailey, Patti Bailey and Ron (Laura) Schultz; grandchildren, Derek Schultz, Randy Schultz, Jr., Dale (Sandy) Worley, Jr., Jeremy (Camille) Worley, Shane (Lyn) Worley, Steve (Lydia) Raymond, Jr., Stephanie (Tanisha) Raymond, Kyle Bailey, Ryan Bailey and Tara Schultz; 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, first wife Amy in 1954 and second wife Mary Lou in 2004.
