Martha E. Johnson

Martha E. Johnson, 88, passed away on June 6, 2021. Born on September 30, 1932 in Peach Orchards, Arkansas daughter to Jeff and Alice (Flippins) Ratcliffe. She attended Delaplaine Consolidated Schools in Delaplaine, Arkansas and married Willard Johnson on April 11, 1954 until he unfortunately and unexpectedly passed away on February 6, 1960. They had two sons, David and Brian, and Martha remained a widow, dedicating her life to raising and spending time with her boys. She loved spending time with her sons, pink petunias, fried green tomatoes, sitting in the sun and playing the sweepstakes.
She is survived by those who loved her most; her children David (Reneé) Johnson and Brian (Patty) Johnson; her grandchildren Sara Johnson, Eric (Jesse) Johnson and Matthew Johnson; great grandson Forrester Johnson; brother Franklin Ratcliffe and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Willard Johnson, parents Jeff and Alice Ratcliffe, and brother Thomas Ratcliffe.
A private graveside service will take place for Martha at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
