On May 2, 2018, Marnie Page succumbed to her breast cancer, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was a loving wife to Bob, a devoted mother to Adam, Lauren and Taylor. For the past 14 months, she got to be a doting grandmother to Natalie. Marnie was born to be a teacher, her true calling. After staying home to raise her children, Marnie tutored at Eisenhower Middle School, and returned to full-time teaching at Ellis Arts Academy and Spring Creek Elementary. After retiring to enjoy summers in northern Wisconsin, Marnie returned to Spring Creek to tutor all grades.
She is survived by husband, Bob; brother, Tim (Vilma) Budzynski; sister, Phyllis Chase; sons, Adam (Rachel), Taylor (Kait); daughter, Lauren (Jaden) Sanchez and granddaughter, Natalie. She also leaves behind nieces, Jenny, Dana (Jeff), Allison (Jack) and nephew, Alex.
Memorial visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Road. At 4:00 p.m., the Page Family encourages family and friends to share their favorite stories about Marnie. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your favorite breast cancer charity so that someday everyone will survive this ruthless disease.
