Margaret (Marge) H. Datschefski, 82, passed away peacefully at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center on Monday, February 25, 2013 with her family (children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren) at her side.nbsp; She was born on March 6, 1930, the daughter of Delay and Laura Sterner.nbsp; On October 11, 1951, she married Robert Datschefski.nbsp; He predeceased her on February 28, 2009.nbsp;nbsp; Marge worked as the Credit Supervisor at the Orthopedic amp; Arthritis Clinic for over 20 years. She was a longtime member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary (Richard) Mandzen, three grandchildren, Tammy McNeany, Rick Mandzen and Vicki Johnson:nbsp; five greatgrandchildren, Mark Mandzen, Eric Mandzen, Lauryn Mandzen, Devyn McNeany and Maiya Johnson: one greatgreat grandson, Zayn Mandzen:nbsp; brothers, John Sterner and James Sterner: sisters, Doris Sterner, Ruth Anderson and Mary Rinchiuso.nbsp; Predeceased by her parents, husband (Robert) and nbsp;sisters, nbsp;Dorothy Bates and Lois Korsberg.
Marges life was devoted to her entire family with whom she created lifetime memories.nbsp; nbsp;Greatgreat grandson, Zayn, provided her with daily laughter and joy.nbsp; A strong, determined woman, she overcame many health challenges. Her happiest times were spent helping others.nbsp; nbsp;She will lovingly be remembered for her kind, caring ways and, yes, those slot machines!nbsp; nbsp;
Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Friday, March 8, 2013 at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 412 N.
