M. Delane Trunk

DeLane Trunk, 57, of Rockford, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, November 19, 2016. She was born on December 16, 1958, in Chicago, the daughter of James and Thelma Schoolfield. She met the love of her life, Randy Trunk, and the two married on July 10, 1982. She loved her job working as a senior soldering specialist. She was a feisty woman, who loved the company of others, and never hesitated to help out those in need. Above all else, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and daughter.

She is survived by her husband, Randy; her children, Ervin (Monica) Schoolfield, Candy (Justin) Tryggestad, Tracy Maes, and Wendy White; her 13 beloved grandchildren; her father, James Schoolfield Sr.; and siblings, James Schoolfield Jr. and Sheri Widman. Predeceased by her mother, Thelma Schoolfield.
