Lynn Peak

May 15, 1947 — December 16, 2022

Lynn Peak, 75 passed away unexpectedly December 16, 2022.

Self proclaimed hippie, Lynn lived life exactly as who she was. Lynn did her best to help others , just because we should. Lynn enjoyed reading (every book published we think), craft and “easy to assemble” projects, sewing, crocheting and cleaning. She also enjoyed being driven around for random rides and roadtrips.

Lynn worked her whole life. She was employed by Barber-Coleman, Yellow Cab Co., W.F. & John Barnes, Goodwill Industries, Mobil gas, Morgan Building maintenance and most recently 11 years at Wal-Mart.

Lynn is survived by her 2 daughters, Michele Swick (William Fredres) and Martie McHugh (Timothy), her 6 Grandchildren, Zachary Abromovich Shaun Swick, Courtland McHugh, Kelsey Severson (Swick) , Austin Swick and Shannon McHugh. Great grandchildren, Jordyn Heinerichson, Tyler McHugh, Carson Severson, Christian Swick. Lynn was predeceased by her father William C. Hanson and mother Evelyn M. Hanson, many aunts and uncles. Lynn left this life with some pretty amazing friends acquired throughout her life that will miss her as well.

There will be a celebration of life in the future. She wanted to continue teaching, as always, so her body was donated to science.

Thank you to all who have reached out to our family during this unexpected time. Thank you to Ryan at Fitzgerald funeral home for helping navigate through it all. We hope you played the music loud when you took her for her last ride!
