Lymon Didrichsons

Lymon Didrichsons, 89, of Rockford, changed his address to Heaven and entered the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, November 22, 2024. Born in Latvia on February 22, 1935, to Andrejs and Luise (Sulcs) Didrichsons. Lymon came to the United States in 1950 and married the love of his life, Carol in 1957. In June they celebrated 67 years of marriage. Lymon was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ who loved life and cherished his family. He was loved very much and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; children, Denise (Michael) Weijhner, Linda (Kenneth) Doherty; grandchildren, Nicholas (Courtney) Weijhner, Kelsey (Ryan) Pelland, Lauren (Giovanni) Bianchi, Bradley (Bethany) Doherty; great-grandchildren, Rocky, McKenna, Levi, Leah, Santino, Jackson, Zoey, Jesse; and sister, Rasma Grinvalds. 

A visitation for Lymon will take place on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. at Maywood Evangelical Free Church, 3621 Samuelson Rd., Rockford, IL 61109.
