Lucille B. Copp

Lucille B. Copp of Rockford passed away December 21, 2009 in Highview of the Woodlands.  She was born April 1, 1922 in Rockford, the daughter of Peter and Michalena Savitski.  She married Bernard Copp on August 9, 1942. Bernard  predeceased her on May 23,1986.  She worked for Amerock for over 30 years  and retired in 1984.  She was a member of St Stanislaus Church, St Stans Womans League, Altar and Rosary, YMCA Senior Womans Club where she was Volunteer of the year in 1995.  Lucille Loved her family and loved to golf.Survivors include her daughter; Judi Meyers, Sons; Steven (Judith) Copp and David Copp.  Grandchildren; Jeff  Meyers, Greg  Meyers, Jennifer Samuels, Michael Copp, Bradley Copp, Laura Reinders, David Schmitz, Daniel Schmitz and Ryan Schmitz. Nineteen Great Grandchildren.  Predeceased by her Parents.Funeral Mass at 10am Wednesday December 30, 2009 in St Stanislaus Church.  Burial in Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation from 5pm until 7pm Tuesday in Fitzgerald Funeral Home  Mulford Chapel, 1860 S.
