Lorraine (Festal) Collins 88, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in Charlottesville, VA. Born in Rockford, March 22, 1928 to Michael and Ida (Caroti) Festal. Married the love of her life, Gary Collins on November 2, 1963. Employed as a machine operator for Warner Lambert, retiring after 28 years of service. She was a lifelong member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Survivors include: son, Mark, Ocala, FL; daughter, Colleen (Tony Matus) Charlottesville, VA; 2 grandsons: Andrew and Alexander Collins, Crossville, TN; 2 granddaughters: Traci (Mike) Cosio, Lindsay Arbisi, Woodbridge, VA; 4 great-grandchildren; best friend: Mary Lou Voorhies; many cousins and special friends. Predeceased by her parents; husband, Gary; sister, Madeline (Mal) Lake; brother, Philip (Phil) Festal; infant sister, Annetta; 2 baby brothers, Charles and Anthony and brother-in-law, Gordon Lake.

Funeral Mass on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation from 9:00am until 9:45am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1010 Ferguson St. with Franciscan Friars officiating. Entombment in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made in her memory and sent to: Rosewood Village at Greenbrier, 500 Greenbrier Drive, Charlottesville, VA. 22901.
