Linda L. Duncan

Linda L. Duncan, 78, of Rockford, peacefully went home to be with the Lord after a long illness on Friday, February 14, 2025. Linda was born in Wood River, IL on October 10, 1946, to William and Sammie (Perrin) Marks. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother; spending time with family was very important to her. She was passionate about cooking, having a variety of skills in the kitchen. In her earlier years, she tended to animals on the farm in Hollister, Missouri, which she held a special place in her heart for. Linda was a dedicated Christian and a member of the Faith Center Church in Rockford. She will be greatly missed by those who love her. 

 She is survived by her children, Samantha (Joshua) West, James Wright, John Wright, Missy Seamster, Eric Duncan; 18 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Linda is predeceased by her parents; daughter, Sonya Wright; and late husbands, Everett Wright and Donald Duncan.
