Ledo B. Lucietto

Ledo B. Lucietto, 88, of Belvidere, passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, July 24, 2017. He was born on August 30, 1928 in Libertyville, IL, the son of Luigi and Onorina (Pinton) Lucietto. He married Elaine Glasz on August 25, 1962 in Niles, IL. He worked as a tool and die engineer for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine; his daughters, Dr. Anne (Richard Scheffrahn) Lucietto, Ph. D and Dr. Therese (Jerry)Lucietto- Sieradzki, M.D.; his grandchildren, Guinevere, Katherine, and Elisabeth; sister, Lena (Richard) Lucietto- Gonzalez, Ph.D and brother Lambert (Eileen) Lucietto. Predeceased by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Belvidere. Entombment private.
