Lawrence E. English

Lawrence “Larry” E. English, 75, of Rockford, IL, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2021. He was born November 12, 1945, the son of Frank and Ethel (Borris) English. Larry enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving from 1963 to 1969. He married his wife Michelle, and they were happily married for 44 years.
Larry is survived by his siblings, Donald English, Evva (Michael) Shippy, Alvin (Doris) English, and Angela English Pearson; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Frank and Ethel, wife Michelle, brothers Frank Jr., David Earl and Michael, and sister Marla.
Private family services will be held. Final resting place will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
