Kathy Rae Loukota

""Loving Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, Sister and Friend."" Kathy Rae Loukota, 54 of Rockford passed away November 30, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born July 26, 1953 in Freeport, IL the daughter of Russell and Lois Winters. Kathy graduated from West High School in 1971 and later married John Loukota in August of 1977. Kathy was involved with various clubs, loved to travel and enjoyed going to craft shows. She has been previously employed by Carlson Orthopedic, working as a billing/ insurance specialist. Kathy is survived by her mother Lois Winters, her children Leslie (Jason) Connor and Brett Loukota. Grandchildren Brittany and Owen Connor. Sister Patricia (Robert) Kerr, brother Russell (Carol) Winters Jr., brother Michael (Kim) Winters and Joanne (David) Cwynar. Numerous loving nieces and nephews, many great friends and her Pomeranian Jangles and Stormy the cat. She is predeceased by her father Russell Winters, Sr. and her husband John Allen Loukota. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park. Memorials may be made in care of the family. To
