Kathleen Kline

Kathleen Kline, 70, Rockford, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Rockford on March 29, 1954, the daughter of Robert and Florence (Martorana) Kline. Kathleen married Andrea Severson in Rockford on February 5, 2014. She was a real estate agent and broker in the Rockford area for many years. Kathleen was a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Verdi Club, Forest Hills Country Club and served on the Rockford Historic Preservation Commission.

She is survived by her loving wife, Andrea Severson; her children, Alexis (Be) Stroup, Hillary (Dale) Cornelius, Chelsea Knight, Philip (Paige) Knight; her grandson, Oslo Cornelius; her special niece, Nicole (Eric) Pohl; her siblings, Cheryl Kline, Diane (Alejandro) Lopez and James Kline; her mother, Florence Kline and her mother-in-law, Julianne Severson. Predeceased by her dad, Robert Kline and her father-in-law, Gary Severson.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd, Rockford with Reverend Jay Quinn officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life for Kathleen will follow from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Saturday at Forest Hills Country Club, 5135 Forest Hills Rd. Rockford.
