Kaitlyn Marie Weber

Kaitlyn Marie Weber, 4 months old of Rockford, died Friday, February 20, 2009 in OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.  Born October 9, 2008 in Peoria, daughter of Christopher and Kristina Thomas Weber.  Even though Kaitlyn was a small being, she touched many lives in huge ways.  She taught everyone not to take anything or anyone for granted and to always treasure each other.    Survivors include her parents, Christopher and Kristina; maternal grandparents, Richard (Carolyn) Thomas, Monmouth; paternal grandparents, Dennis (Janice) Weber, Poplar Grove; uncles, Richard Thomas and Eric Weber; great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.   Visitation from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2008 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N.
